15-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At Luna & Lilly Signature Store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories should be included where applicable.
- Items damaged after delivery due to use, washing, alteration, or improper care may not qualify.
Exchange
Eligible items can be exchanged for another available size or eligible item, subject to stock availability.
Return
Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, the eligible refund will be processed according to the original payment method or the applicable store refund process.
How to Request
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and provide your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. We will provide the next steps.
Important
Return shipping arrangements and any applicable shipping charges will be communicated when your request is reviewed. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
